1. Scope of Agreement and Access Terms

The ArgusPrice platform provides Users with cloud-based SaaS tools for automated collection, analysis, and tracking of e-commerce prices publicly listed on third-party websites and marketplaces.

• The right to use the service is granted under a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license.
• Scanner features are unlocked upon account registration and email verification.
• Users agree to provide true and accurate registration credentials.

2. Subscription Tiers, Tokens, and Payments (Stripe)

Services are provided under free (Trial) and paid subscription tiers in accordance with selected plans:

• Token System: 1 successful automated price check of 1 product/catalog deducts 1 token from account balance.
• Tier Limits: Plans (Trial, Basic, Pro, Enterprise) set limits on total tracked positions, scan frequency (15 to 720 minutes), and allowed domains.
• Stripe Payment Gateway: All payments are in Euros (EUR) processed via Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in settings.

3. Fair Scraping and Acceptable Use Policy

ArgusPrice parses publicly accessible e-commerce data. Users strictly agree not to:

• Use the service to execute DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious interference against third-party websites.
• Bypass technical plan limits or transfer account credentials to unauthorized third parties.
• Add target URLs pointing to phishing, malware, or unlawful content.

4. Parsing Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

The Platform utilizes DOM extraction and AI fallback algorithms for accuracy. However:

• Third-party merchants alter prices and HTML structures independently. ArgusPrice does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime of target domains.
• The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or uncompleted merchant transactions.
• Total aggregate liability of the Operator is limited to the fees actually paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

5. Public Feedback Section Moderation

By posting suggestions or feature requests in the "Feedback" section, Users grant ArgusPrice a non-exclusive license to use such ideas for platform development. Submissions are moderated by AI filters; regular users' last names are automatically anonymized.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union regulations. Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Riga, Latvia.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All exclusive rights to the ArgusPrice platform, source code, UI designs, and algorithms belong to SIA "Safro Technologies". Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
